The site will give you access to the ZenoLive platform in order to create the file.
    2. A short (1 paragraph) biography.
    3. A picture of you.
  3. The submission period for entries will be April 1 – June 30. During this period (Round 1) Zeno will begin promoting the contest to listeners. You will have a link to your example show that you can send to friends and admirers and promote on social media. Listeners will be able to access your show on the ZenoLive network through the internet or by calling a dedicated phone number.
  4. Round 1 – between July 1 – July 8, judges will select 9 entries as semi-finalists.

Finalists will be judged by a) votes by listeners on the website and over the phone, and b) your level of personal promotion (social media posts & likes, etc.). Only entrants who are available to host a live show on TBD will be eligible to proceed to the finals.
  6. Final round – on August 30, the 3 finalists will each host a 30 minute show live on ScoopFM. At the end of all 3 shows, voters will be able to call in and vote for the winner.
  7. The winner will be announced on TBD. An event will be held at TBD and both the first place and runners up will be presented with their checks and contracts to host new ZenoLive shows.

ZenoRadio, ZenoLive, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, the “Company”), will conduct the Haitian Talk Radio Star competition (the “Contest”) substantially as follows. By participating, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees as follows:

All prizes will be awarded based upon the rules posted for each round of the Contest Operation, as noted below.

  1. First prize: The winner of the Contest will receive $5,000 US dollars in cash and a contract to produce a weekly radio show on ScoopFm and the ZenoLive network.
  2. Second prizes: The two runners-up of the Contest will receive $1,000 US dollars in cash and a contract to produce a weekly radio show on the ZenoLive network.

Other than as noted, the prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Certain prizes are date specific (i.e. require participation in a live radio show on a specific date). The winner or winners must be available on the dates specified.  If a winner cannot be contacted, or cannot enter into a contract to produce a radio show with the Company, or is disqualified for any reason, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion.

  2. Round 2: Each semifinalist Entry will be posted on the Website. Listeners may access and vote for each Entry through the website or by calling the dedicated dial-in number and voting. Listeners may vote for one Entry per day. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, 3 Entries will be chosen as finalists (“Finalists”), based upon a) listener votes (by phone or through the Website), and b) the amount of personal promotion (social media posts & likes, etc.) engaged in by the Entrant. Only Entrants who are available to host a live show at the date and time set by the Company for the final live event will be eligible to become a Finalist.
